Susie Reed, RN CANS

Susie is a Registered Nurse with over 30 years of experience in the aesthetic industry. Susie is a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS) who is uniquely qualified and credentialed to provide the aesthetic treatment you need with her specialized knowledge and skill set.
Susie’s extensive education and experience has enabled her to become well known for aesthetic injections with treatments such as BOTOX® Cosmetic and dermal fillers. She also has a passion for teaching others in her field to provide a safe experience and a natural appearance for their clients. She is a national trainer for Allergan® and formerly for Galderma®, as well as the owner of Aesthetic Secrets, LLC, which specializes in consulting and advanced injection training for health care professionals.

Payton is a licensed Medical Aesthetician who has been practicing in the aesthetics industry since 2019. With a passion for advanced skincare and a commitment to helping patients achieve healthy, radiant, and rejuvenated skin, she takes a personalized, results-driven approach to every treatment.
As a ZO® Skin Health Expert and Specialist, Payton has extensive knowledge of the ZO® Skin Health philosophy and skin care product line. She is passionate about educating her patients on professional skincare and developing customized regimens that complement their in-office treatments and support long-term skin health.
Payton specializes in microneedling, laser treatments, chemical peels, customized facials, and advanced skincare treatments. She carefully evaluates each patient’s skin, concerns, and goals to develop thoughtful treatment plans designed to improve the health and appearance of the skin while maintaining natural-looking results.
Payton believes the best results come from combining expertly performed treatments with a consistent, effective at-home skincare routine. She takes an educational approach to skincare, helping patients understand not only what products and treatments she recommends, but why they matter and how they work together.
Dedicated to providing an elevated experience, Payton continues to expand her knowledge of the latest advancements in medical aesthetics, skincare technologies, and treatment techniques. Alexee Montgomery

Alexee is a licensed aesthetician who has been helping clients feel confident in their skin since 2017. Born and raised in Northwest Arkansas, she has a genuine passion for skincare, aesthetics, and creating an experience where every client feels comfortable, cared for, and confident in their own skin.
Alexee specializes in microneedling, RF microneedling, chemical peels, laser treatments, and customized facials. As a ZO® Skin Health Expert, she is passionate about educating her clients and helping them understand what their skin truly needs. She takes the time to understand each client’s concerns, lifestyle, and goals so she can create thoughtful treatment plans and personalized skincare routines designed to support healthy, radiant skin.
Alexee believes effective skincare is about more than treating a single concern—it’s about understanding the skin as a whole and creating a consistent approach that supports long-term results. Whether a client is looking to improve their skin, address a specific concern, or simply take time for themselves, she strives to make every treatment purposeful and personalized.

Bailey Brandon, RN, CCRN

Bailey believes exceptional aesthetic care lives at the intersection of clinical expertise, thoughtful artistry, and genuine connection. Her approach is centered on helping patients look refreshed, balanced, and naturally themselves through individualized treatment plans built with intention and a long-term perspective.
Bailey has loved and lived in Northwest Arkansas since 1999. Having called NWA home for more than two decades, she feels deeply connected to the community and is honored to care for the people who call it home.
Her foundation as a nurse has given Bailey a deep respect for patient safety, evidence-based care, and the responsibility that comes with caring for someone’s well-being. Her experience in critical care has strengthened her clinical judgment and attention to detail, while her work in aesthetics has allowed her to develop a specialized eye for facial balance and the subtle changes that can make a meaningful difference. She brings this same standard to every aesthetic encounter: listen closely, understand the patient in front of her, and never lose sight of their safety, well-being, and confidence.
Bailey believes the best aesthetic results come from understanding the face as a whole—not from chasing trends or correcting every perceived imperfection. She considers each patient’s unique anatomy, features, skin quality, and goals when developing a treatment strategy. Rather than approaching treatments as isolated fixes, she takes a comprehensive view of how these elements change over time, allowing her to create intentional plans that evolve with her patients.

As a ZO® Skin Health Expert, she incorporates medical-grade skincare alongside in-office treatments to help patients strengthen and improve the foundation of their skin. Her goal is to create skincare regimens that are purposeful, personalized, and manageable.
Continuing education is an important part of how Bailey practices. She believes excellence requires staying curious, refining her eye, and continually challenging herself to become better. She regularly pursues advanced education through cadaver anatomy labs, hands-on training, educational roundtables, and experiences with respected leaders in the industry, including Allergan Medical Institute. These experiences continue to deepen her understanding of facial anatomy, injection technique, and the nuances that contribute to safe, sophisticated, natural-looking outcomes.
Her commitment to learning extends beyond aesthetics. Bailey is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing to become a Family Nurse Practitioner, with the goal of expanding her ability to provide comprehensive care to the patients she serves. She sees every step of her education as an investment in becoming a more knowledgeable, capable, and well-rounded provider.
Most importantly, Bailey considers it a privilege to earn the trust of her patients. She strives to create an experience where every patient feels heard, respected, educated, and genuinely cared for—while receiving aesthetic care grounded in safety, skill, and integrity.
