When Is the Right Time to Have a Nipple Reduction Performed?
When making the decision to undergo a nipple reduction, the timing depends on when a patient feels they are ready mentally and logistically. It is also important that patients are over 18 and have finished developing physically before pursuing the procedure. It is also strongly recommended that women be done having children and breastfeeding prior to a nipple reduction, breast lift, breast augmentation, or breast reduction.
